If, for any reason, you find that something needs adjustment or doesn't fit as expected, please contact us at kontakt@stadtgarten2003.com, and we'll guide you through the process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive an approved return, we will issue a refund using the same payment method you used for your purchase within fourteen days.

Our return policy allows you to initiate a return within 14 working days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in an unworn condition, 100% resellable, in their original packaging, and with all tags still attached.

Please be aware that due to the limited availability of our products, the chances of having an identical replacement or a different size in stock are low.
